However, the flashy, flamboyant, smug personality is something that he dons to increase his profile. This is the quintessential reason why players like Chad Johnson are beloved and players like T.O. are largely vilified. With Ocho Cinco it’s who he really is and he’s the first to admit fault if his team underperforms. But with Owens, he lives behind a smarmy glaze through which he sees the world with a T.O. Tint.
